Take Control Over Your Traffic

Take Control Over Your Traffic

“Traffic.” “Getting Traffic.” “How to Get More Traffic?” These are terms and phrases we all know too well. Any marketer will tell you that Traffic is the life blood of your business. But more importantly… “How to get traffic that converts?” Is the most important sought out question you need to be asking. – Some people have found success in Solo Ads. (I personally think they are a rip off, though.) – Some have found success in Banner Ads. (I’ve never touched them myself.) – Some make money by monetizing their Facebook pages, Twitter accounts and Google+ profiles. – While others find a great amount of success with CPV marketing. (Cost Per View). So the question remains…how to get traffic that converts? Well get ready for a little tip. It doesn’t matter what traffic source you’re using. What matters is what kind of control you have over that traffic. What does that mean? Let’s start by asking you a few questions. 1.) What is your cost per lead? I don’t mean how much you’re spending per click. I’m asking you how much you’re spending per subscriber to your list. 2.) What is your opt-in conversion percentage? If you sent 100 people to your offer, what are you averaging in terms of people giving you their email address? 3.) If you’ve made sales, what is your Cost Per Customer? In other words. How many leads (subscribers) does it take for you to get one customer? 4.) What is the primary source your traffic is coming from? For example, if it’s a solo ad. Where are these subscribers coming from? What lists...
You’re Probably Tired of Buying Solo Ads…

You’re Probably Tired of Buying Solo Ads…

Let me guess, you’re here because you’ve been buying solo ads for a while now…but haven’t gotten any results worth writing home about. Don’t worry, you’re probably not doing anything wrong. It’s not what you’re doing or the product you’re promoting. It’s the quality of traffic you’re receiving. So before you go to Google and type “Buy Solo Ads”… Let me lay it out like a gangster. I’ve been marketing online for the last 2 years and I’ve spent literally THOUSANDS in solo ads. So I know your pain of how much of a money sink it can be. You see, most of the people on a solo ad vendor’s “list” are people who want free stuff. They want that free report, that free product, that free plugin or anything else with the word “free”. You could probably make a squeeze page with a headline reading, “FREE REPORT ON HOW TO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY ONLINE!” And you’ll still get subscribers clicking and giving you their email address. Free stuff is like crack to them. They need it, they crave it. But the moment you introduce something with a $ symbol attached to it. They freak out and unsubscribe. I’m here to tell you that there is a better (and affordable) way to get the quality of traffic you need to start making those commissions online than solo ads. If you haven’t already checked it out. You can do so by clicking the link below. >>7 Untapped Traffic Sources<< I’ll be completely upfront and tell you that this thing is $13. In fact, the video in that link gives...

Multitasking is Bad for You, Mkay?

Multitasking is Bad for You, Mkay?

Why is Multitasking bad for you? Let me start with a story that happened to me today. At 3:45AM, I grabbed my suitcase and laptop bag, kissed my beautiful wife, got into my car and made my way to the Moline, IL airport. I checked in, went through security, got to my gate and sat down. I pulled out my tablet, opened up my Kindle app and started reading another book a mentor of mine suggested entitled, “The One Thing” by Jay Papasan and Gary W. Keller. (I highly recommend it). In one of the chapters, it talks about how Multitasking is a lie. I won’t go into a review of this book. That’s not what this article is about. It’s what happened on the plane that really got me inspired to write this article. So I’m heading to Atlanta to make my connecting flight to Birmingham 30,000 feet above the ground. I’m sitting next to a guy. He’s neatly dressed. Suit and tie, you know the kind. All the while I’m reading The One Thing on my tablet. Half way through the flight, the guy asks me what I’m reading. So I explain to him the name of the book and what it’s about. I talk to him about the “lies” the book explains like multitasking (which is backed up by scientific research, I might add.) and how profound of an impact the book has already made on me. It was then that this guy started to get a little snarky. He starts rambling on about how self-help books don’t do anything to help because they tell you stuff...
