  Whether you’re brand new to the marketing world or a seasoned veteran. The only thing holding you back from untold riches and a job-quitting lifestyle is traffic. It’s the life blood of any marketing endeavor; getting more eyes/ears in front of your product or offer. But what good is traffic and what good are the leads you’re getting if you have absolutely no method of following up with them or communicating with them? So it begs the question…After you learn how to get leads, what do you do now? Fear not, young padawan. It’s actually easier than you think. Allow me to start off with what I think you SHOULD NOT do. Allow me to be perfectly blunt. Freebie Seekers are incredibly frustrating. They are tire kickers. They are time wasters and they will suck the life out of your business before you ever get it off the ground. You may be thinking, “Doug, what gives you the right to say that about them?” Well, first of all…I used to be one. (BAM!) So allow me to also explain that when I say those things, that it does NOT mean they are bad people that you should avoid like the plague. The bottom line is that the freebie seeker is unavoidable. They will always show up in some form or another. The key to “getting rid” of them. Is to help them see the light. I can almost guarantee that every freebie seeker expects something for nothing because that is the message 99% of the “make money online” products deliver. When I first got into internet marketing, I made a ton of mistakes (I still do). Unfortunately, there wasn’t anyone to really guide me. With that said, I want to offer a little insight. 1.) It Takes Work. Let’s be honest here. Marketing takes work. Unfortunately, nearly every single marketing product, post or article tells you otherwise (the warrior forum is especially guilty of this.) Here’s the deal, guys. Making money online is easy, but there’s a little secret to it…and it’s called persistance. Listen, you could literally sell any product or offer out there if you consistently stay consistent. That may sound cliche, but that’s really all there is to it. Don’t let WSO copy suck you in. Which leads me to… 2.) If it sounds too good to be true… It probably is. Look, when I first started in the marketing business, I got sucked in by the copy of too many products to count. I had spent hundreds of dollars on products because they promised me the world. Whether it was promising little to no work, or thousands of dollars a month in two weeks or less. I bought into it and was inevitably let down.
